I absolutely love chicken and waffles, so whenever that craving hits, I head straight to Bruxie. This place never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the experience even better. There usually isn’t much of a wait, which is a big plus. If you’re looking for crispy, flavorful chicken, this is definitely the place to go. I’ve tried several items on the menu, but the chicken and waffles are hands-down my favorite—especially when paired with a side of their delicious tater tots. The perfect comfort food combo! Bruxie is a must-visit if you're in the mood for something hearty and satisfying.
Bruxie is a great spot for crispy, flavorful chicken. We’ve tried the tenders and waffle sandwich, and while both are good, the tenders are the real standout—juicy, perfectly seasoned, and easily some of the best in OC. Their waffle-cut fries never disappoint and are a must-order. The staff is friendly, though it can get busy. If you’re craving top-tier chicken and fries, this place is definitely worth a visit!
It’s great every time I come here, the servers are all kind, the food is always fresh, and I’m never disappointed! I absolutely love the waffle sandwich with the fried egg, it’s just the perfect balance of salty, sweet, fluffy, crispy, juicy, just so good. There’s only outdoor seating, but it’s usually not too bad since it doesn’t often rain in the area.
I’ve been going to this Bruxie spot for years and it’s always been excellent! I loved their food when I wasn’t vegetarian and now that I am I still love the options here. Parking around The Orange Circle can always be a pain, but this little spot is worth it. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Bruxie seems to always be adding to the menu especially for the seasonal items, so there’s always something new to try beyond the classics. Would definitely recommend this place for a quick and tasty bite!

I was in from out of town and looked at some spots with good reviews. I love chicken and waffles so I had to check out Bruxie. My wife and I ordered the original sandwich and the buttermilk fried chicken salad. They were both amazing! Tons of flavor and generous portions. But the real reason for 5 stars was a kid named Ruben who was working there. He helped us order and walked us through the menu. I told him I wanted fries but decided not to order them because I was feeling full from other meals. About 10 minutes into our meal Ruben walked over and set down some fries and said you gotta have these. It was a very thoughtful gesture and I thought his way of interacting and thoughtfulness made the night! I would hire him if I lived here in California. Give Ruben a raise because you don’t want to lose him anytime soon 👍
I have never really tried the waffles with the chicken. I was afraid I wouldn’t make it, but was I am wrong. It was amazing. They are pet friendly so I took my little French bulldog and they gave her a little pup cup. She gives it a paws up.👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Awesome chicken and waffles 🧇 If you like sweet and can handle spicy food I recommend the Honey Hot chicken in a waffle bun. You really can't go wrong with anything here. Fast and friendly service with an outdoor atmosphere 👍
Not only was the food delicious, but the every single employee I interacted with was kind and soft spoken. They accommodated me when I was cold by turning on a heater as well. I will be coming back here.
Best chicken and waffles place IMO! Take my family here every time we are in so cal and it NEVER disappoints. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
